Stephanie Jade run an Exchange Only policy.
We believe in the perfect fit so if your shoes aren’t quite right, we are more than happy to exchange any shoes that are unworn and have the labels. This applies up to 10 days after you have received your order.
It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by us if you send your order back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.
